Migration and communication are issues of major concern in today’s world. Dr Armando Aliu is an Assistant Professor in the Graduate School of Foreign Trade at Istanbul Commerce University, Turkey. He holds an MA in European Studies from the University of Hamburg, Germany, and was a DAAD Postgraduate Scholar at the University of Heidelberg, Germany. Since 2019, he has been working as an Associate Member in the Centre for the Study of Global Human Movement at the Institute of Criminology at the University of Cambridge. He is also an Advisor to the Rector at Istanbul Commerce University.

Dr Ilyas Öztürk is a Professor in the Department of Translation at Sakarya University, Turkey. He holds BA, MA and PhD degrees in German Language and Literature from Istanbul University. He previously worked as the Attaché of Turkish Consulate General in Munich, Germany.

Dorian Aliu is a PhD Candidate in the Institute of Social Science at Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Turkey. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Uludag University, Turkey, and an MBA in Business Administration from Akdeniz University, Turkey.

Dr Hakki Cilginoglu is Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Tourism at Kastamonu University, Turkey. He holds a BA and MPA from Sakarya University, Turkey, and a PhD from Kastamonu University, Turkey.
