This volume brings together papers presented at the Ninth International Conference “Perspectives of Business Law in the Third Millennium”, held at Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania, on 8th November 2019. Cătălin-Silviu Săraru, PhD, is Associate Professor at the Law Department of Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania, where he specializes in administrative law and administrative contract law at the national and European level. He is Arbitrator at the Court of International Commercial Arbitration, Romania, Editor-in-Chief of the journal Juridical Tribune – Tribuna Juridica, and President of the Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences. He is the editor of the volume Practical Aspects Regarding the Role of Administrative Law in the Modernization of Public Administration (2019) and author of numerous books and articles in the field of administrative law. In 2014 he was awarded the “Anibal Teodorescu” prize by the Union of Jurists of Romania.
