'Sustainable Organization' Online Library

Cambridge Scholars Publishing is very pleased to announce a new collaboration with GSE Research in the area of ‘Responsible Business’. Selected titles published in sustainability, corporate social responsibility and related areas will be carried digitally in the Sustainable Organization Library (SOL) collection, brought together by GSE Research.

This follows a successful pilot programme where chapters from 60 Cambridge Scholars titles were included in the 2013 SOL collection.

Cambridge Scholars CEO, Graeme Nicol, explains the importance of the collaboration:

“Sustainability is one of the pressing issues for our world, and we are delighted to be working with GSE to support the area. As one of the largest specialist scholarly book publishers, we are finding an increasing number of our authors touching on issues of sustainability in business, society and philosophy. The Sustainable Organization Library is an innovative way to get further dissemination of this work, and we are pleased to be able to offer reduced price access to the collection for Cambridge Scholars authors.”

GSE MD, John Peters, adds:

“Cambridge Scholars Publishing is an innovative, author-friendly publisher who brings freshness and vitality to the scholarly publishing world. We are very pleased to have a selection of sustainability and CSR content as part of our Sustainable Organization Library collection. We look forward to exploring further collaborations in the future.”

The Sustainable Organization Library is a searchable collection of around 8000 book chapters, journal articles, reports and case studies. As well as Cambridge Scholars books, SOL contains material published by Oxfam, Greenleaf Publishing, the American Management Association, AMACOM, and Peter Lang Publishing, amongst others. SOL is available on annual subscription on an individual licence, and a wide-access institutional licence.

To promote the partnership, Cambridge Scholars authors and customers can receive a 10% discount on a SOL subscription. Please contact and reference ‘CSP Offer’ for more information. View the SOL homepage at
