He is currently a Full Professor of Animal Nutrition at the University of Camerino, Italy. He is the author of 51 publications, and his research focuses on donkey meat and milk production.Silvia Vincenzetti holds a Master’s in Biological Sciences, and received her PhD in Biochemical Sciences from the University of Camerino, Italy. She is currently Associated Professor of Clinical Biochemistry and Clinical Molecular Biology at this institution. She is the author of 81 publications, and her research focuses on nutraceutical foods.
