This book explains the latest developments and research in the application of mathematical sciences to mechanical engineering and related sciences. It details a new analytical approach, named Akbari-Ganji’s Method (AGM), that can be used to solve several mechanical engineering problems. This book examines various issues in mechanical engineering that have many applications in air conditioning, power plants, internal combustion engines, aerospace, vibration and control, and nanotechnology.

Dr Bahram Jalili is an assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Islamic Azad University, North Tehran Branch, Iran. His research interests are fluid dynamics and heat transfer.

Dr Payam Jalili is an assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Islamic Azad University, North Tehran Branch, Iran. He specializes in nonlinear dynamics and has published a number of scientific articles.

Dr Elyas Rostami teaches in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Khajeh Nasir Toosi University of Technology, Iran. He has published a number of journal articles and books.

Professor Davood Domairry Ganji (MirGanj) works at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Babol University of Technology, Iran. He is the author of over 20 books and 700 papers.
